After processing, the parcel boundary is placed on the PLSS fabric in real-world coordinates. PLSS tiles, section lines, township grids, and intersected parcels are all visible as toggleable layers.
The PDF closure report includes a full-page aerial photograph with the property boundary overlaid, showing the parcel in context with surrounding features. Auto-POB and Auto-BOB data are reported on each sheet.
The closure analysis sheet shows the plotted traverse with annotated line labels, area in acres, a scale bar, and north arrow. The right panel reports closure status, precision, perimeter, misclosure vector, Auto-BOB rotation, and PLSS identifiers. The line table below lists every call with bearing and distance.
An irregular metes-and-bounds parcel placed on aerial imagery. Auto-POB resolved the Center Quarter Corner with 28-foot GCDB accuracy. Auto-BOB detected a 0°03'36" rotation. The coordinate table lists all vertices with SPCS easting/northing and WGS84 lat/lon.
